FlightSpiraling White eagle cuts the sky.. In arrow flight shapes dark blue origami Sparkled with silver stardust Circling, Flies and flies in painful quest To see What is beyond the puzzle Of the snowy laced clouds Embraced by the cosmic night well Of Silence copyright Daniela Albu |
The DesertWe have a desert here to cross
Between ourselves the dunes, the sand, There's no beginning and no end, No cross, no crown, an endless loss. And stil we try to fight the dust. Flickering souls of pilgrims, dead Shining their stars above our head Tell us which journey is to trust. copyright Daniela Albu |
The Mulberry Tree Sea Scape
The Mulberry tree stood there, The stones stood there, whitened and dried
in the dark To our ankles gray-green waves
for hundreds of years. Were rushing tenderly and tried
He saw so many nights, Our fading foot prints to embrace.
innumerable rains coming
ceaselessly feeling moon shadows The sea unseen, untouched, unknown,
touching his clumsy, firm trunk, Swept mortal signs of steps with grace
waiting like a restless child, Caressed the sand with lacy foam,
night after night Of coward lovers left no trace.
for the soft caresses of light
on his chest of invulnerable giant.
